Foundations21 is designed to make the most of one-to-one mentoring. If you have someone you want to disciple, encourage them to subscribe to Foundations21. As they progress, they will email you the results of their learning activities and reflections. You can then encourage and support them through your feedback. You may of course have contact with them as well via telephone or meeting face-to-face. As the bulk of mentoring contact within Foundations21 is via email the person you are mentoring need not always be local. In fact they could be on the other side of the world. This offers possibilities for students, mission partners and those working abroad or who travel frequently.
